RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All spare parts, individual parts, accessories, warranties, and manuals that came along with the item must be returned along with the item. You’ll also need to submit the receipt or proof of purchase. To start an exchange, you can contact us at support@acsstore.sg. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

 

Please note all postage costs incurred for returning the item to us shall be borne by you. You can always contact us for any exchange questions at support@acsstore.sg.

 

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be exchanged or refunded, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges Once we have received and accepted your return, we will arrange for a suitable exchange to be made to you.

 

Once an order is made, there will not be a refund.
