To commemorate Teacher’s Day, the ACSOBA hosted our annual Retired Teacher’s Dinner on Sunday, 1 September at the ACS Barker Road Sports Hall.

Over 90 retired teachers joined members of the ACSOBA Management Committee and ACSOBA members in fellowship and dinner. Following a welcome by President of the ACSOBA Dr Wong Heng Yu, the teachers were led in a gusty rendition of the ACS anthem by retired teacher Mr Fong Seng Narp, followed by grace led by Principal of ACS Barker Road Mr Khoo Tse Horng.

The teachers had a great time catching up with each other and reliving old memories, while enjoying the scrumptious food, posing for the ACS themed photobooth and enjoying the traditional ice cream vendor, which was sponsored by the ACS Foundation.

The ACSOBA would like to thank ACS Barker Principal Mr Khoo Tse Horng for the use of the ACS Barker Sport Hall and all volunteers who assisted with the event.
